Growing up in North Carolina, Sara VanWinkle wanted to be a marine biologist. Her focus shifted in college, where she studied nursing.
Sara’s talent for organization and logistics served her well as license office manager for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, and in the engineering department at CoxHealth. She then worked as a senior court clerk in Greene County. Sara joined MRD Lawyers in 2021.
“I love working in the criminal justice field in a way that I am able to help people,” Sara said. “I also love the people that I work with.”
Outside of work, Sara enjoys playing board games, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with her family.
